This specialty fabric has been woven with a sheer base, alternating between a horizontal lines of a sparkly fringe and a soft fringe with a shimmery base. A tactile fabric with texture and stucture giving it a slight bounce, a lustrous & sparkly finish, completely sheer with no stretch. Ideal for special occasion pieces.
